  • Graduate Teaching Assistant (Biodiversity, One Health & Veterinary Medicine Professional Services)

Biography

I'm a Ph.D researcher and graduate teaching assistant at the School of Biodiversity, One Health & Veterinary Medicine, College of Medical, Veterinary and Life Sciences. Prior to starting my PhD, I worked as a Lecturer in Physiology at the University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore, Pakistan.

My research interests include the influence of environment on animal and human health in the perspective of one health approach. I'm particularly interested in investigating the effects of short and long-term exposure of animals and human beings to environmental abuses including environmental chemicals.

Research interests

  • Environmental Stressors and their underlying Physiological Effects
  • Environmental Chemicals Exposure and associated Physiological Consequences
  • Endcorine Disrupting Chemicals and Cardiovascular Diseases
